SKATEISTAN FUNDRAISER!
HELLO all! As some of you know I’ve been interviewing the last few weeks for a volunteer position with Skateistan and I finally got it! I will be teaching art and skateboarding in Kabul for 6 months. Skateistan reimburses me for travel and visa costs, but there are other financial aspects (medical, school, etc.) I need to take care of before I can make a commitment. Please come out on Saturday and Sunday of this weekend for a yard/art sale to help me raise money to reach this goal. I will be moving out of 1417 so mostly everything goes. Lots of cool stuff y’all! If you can’t make it to the yard sale but would be interested in donating please get in contact within the week. You could always come over to the house sometime during the week as well.
Also those of you not currently in Savannah, but would still like to make a small contribution I would be willing to send prints via the post or work something out. Please get in contact if you can help. I have added a “Donation” button to the top of this page, every little bit helps.
If you would like to donate prints to the art/print sale let me know so we can start organizing. Please re-blog this to spread word as widely as possible, Thanks!

" And certainties are the things that most harden the human soul. Certainties trap our souls, they leave us without the desire to try different things, without access to newness. To make mistakes is to be free, to open the gamut of possibilities. When we give up certainties we liberate our being so that it may reinvent itself"
